CRAFTSMAN Truck Playoffs Round of 10 Returns to Action at ‘The Last Great Colosseum’

For the second time this season, the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series will return to Bristol Motor Speedway, but this time, it will be for the UNOH 200 presented by Ohio Logistics on Thursday, September 19 at 8 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio – the second race of the Playoffs’ Round of 10.

To date, the 0.533-mile track has hosted 27 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series races, producing 22 different winners and 19 different pole winners.

The winningest driver in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series, Kyle Busch, holds the most wins at the ‘Holy Grail of Short Tracks’ with five victories at Bristol (2008, 2009, 2010, 2013, 2017).

Thompson, CT — The Street Stocks got Sunday’s Back to School Bash at Thompson Speedway off to a rip-roaring start with polesitter Austin Flanagan quickly losing the lead under the green flag with an ill-handling machine. Flanagan’s fumble gave Ryan Waterman open range at the front of the pack as Al Stone III and Corey Fanning attempted to reel him in during their 20-lap feature. The lone caution flag flew just before the halfway point as Mike Viens went into the spin cycle in turn one. Although his early lead evaporated in an instant, Ryan Waterman again powered through on the restart to lead the Street Stocks under the checkered flag with Al Stone III and Corey Fanning joining the podium. Chemung, NY – (September 9, 2024) – The Race of Champions Sportsman Modified Series will play the headline role this Saturday at the Chemung (NY) Speedrome, September 14 for the traditional running of the “Night before the Glen”. The event is always one of the most anticipated events of the racing season in the Southern Tier region of the state.

Kevin Timmerman of Ontario, NY, is the most recent winner in Series competition and is one of six winners this season in a very competitive season. Timmerman won the last Series race at Spencer Speedway in Williamson, NY, his home track.

‘The Last Great Colosseum’ Up Next in the Round of 10 for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series

For the second time this season, the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series will return to Bristol Motor Speedway. The competitors will get four weeks off to prepare and go over strategy for the UNOH 200 presented by Ohio Logistics (Thursday, September 19 at 8 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM Radio).

In total, this will be the sixth time Bristol has hosted a CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Playoff Race (2019-2024). This season marks the second time that Thunder Valley will host an event in the Round of 10. Previously, the half-mile track in the mountains served as the elimination race in 2021.

NHMS EVP/GM David McGrath Excited for 2025 NASCAR Playoffs Weekend at “The Magic Mile”

New Hampshire Motor Speedway will host the NASCAR Cup and CRAFTSMAN Truck Series during the Sept. 19-21, 2025 NASCAR Playoffs weekend, which will also feature the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.

LOUDON, N.H. – New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) Executive Vice President and General Manager David McGrath spoke to media Thursday following NASCAR’s 2025 schedule announcement, which includes a Sept. 19-21 visit to NHMS by the NASCAR Cup Series (NCS), NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) and NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (NWMT).

The 2025 NCS race at NHMS will kick off the Round of 12 on Sunday, Sept. 21 while the NCTS race will join the Mohegan Sun 100 NWMT race on Doubleheader Saturday, Sept. 20 and serve as a Round of 10 cutoff race to solidify the Round of 8.
