Woodstock, NH — With last Friday being the deadline for drivers to renew their 2025 licenses for the upcoming season, so too came a pair of bombshells for the 1764 Sports Bar & Grill Late Models in 2026. For possibly the first time ever, the two defending four-cylinder champions of White Mountain and Thunder Road Speedbowl are both moving up to the Late Model class in a landmark battle for Rookie of the Year at New Hampshire’s Favorite Short Track this summer!

Barre, VT — Announced in the first driver’s meetings of the year at Thunder Road Speedbowl in Barre, Vermont and White Mountain Motorsports Park in North Woodstock, New Hampshire was the start of a Social Media Challenge. Monitored by officials throughout the season, drivers from Thunder Road, White Mountain and the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour were challenged to build and use their Social Media accounts to let race fans know when their next race was, progress on their respective seasons, sponsor updates and all-out positivity for the sport during the 2025 season.

Barre, VT — After several weeks of planning, Officials with the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour announced today the 2026 Schedule of Events for North America’s most historic Late Model touring series with 14 point-counting events on a fifteen-stop schedule. Along with the $60,000+ Milton CAT point fund and $20,000 champion’s share on the line, the 2026 schedule begins with ten stops at ten different facilities and  features traditional marquee events for the international stars as well as several exciting changes to shake up the season!

Barre, VT – Saturday saw the Thunder Road family of race teams come together one final time to celebrate the 2025 season at the annual Banquet of Champions. After decades away, the Banquet returned to the famed Barre Auditorium much to the delight of most attendees with the catering courtesy of Jockey Hollow and Good Measure Brewing providing the bartending services for the evening’s festivities.

Included in the sixteen-race schedule is the 2nd annual Thunder in the Mountains 200 at White Mountain Motorsports Park (WMMP) on Saturday, June 20 after NASCAR’s most historic division put on yet another stellar showing in 2025.

Barre, VT – A beautiful, summer-like day greeted the fans and teams of Thunder Road Speedbowl to set the scene for a history-making Vermont Milk Bowl. Three segments of racing awaited the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour / Maplefields-Irving Late Models Sunday morning with Marcel Gravel pacing the pack early in Segment #1. It started with a bang on lap one, in turn one as Brandon Gray, Bryan Wall Jr. and Erick Sands saw their days end early in a crashing of steel and concrete. Gravel set the pace but fell under attack from current Touring point leader Raphael Lessard at lap 10. Gravel regained the high ground on lap 19 and kept the hammer down for the Segment #1 win.

(Nashville, TN) A beautiful October evening and a packed grandstand set the scene for one of the most exciting race nights of the season at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, as the historic venue hosted Breast Cancer Awareness “Autumn Thunder” this past Saturday. A strong crowd filled the stands, and 125 race cars across nine divisions took part in a full night of short track action on both the ¼-mile and ⅝-mile ovals. The event, held in support of the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition, brought together intense on-track battles, championship implications, and a strong display of community support for a meaningful cause.
