MOORESVILLE, N.C. (December 15, 2022) – Front Row Motorsports (FRM) will continue to be led by a mix of senior leadership and youthful star power in 2023 in the NASCAR Cup Series. After a career-best season, Michael McDowell will once again pilot the No. 34 Ford Mustang. Returning for his sophomore season is third-generation driver, Todd Gilliland, who will race the No. 38 Ford Mustang led by new crew chief Ryan Bergenty.
Team DGR called upon the expertise of NASCAR Cup Series driver Todd Gilliland to pilot their No. 17 Ford at Knoxville Raceway last weekend and the decision paid off big-time with a trip to Victory Lane, the first for the organization this season. Ultimately the win was great for Gilliland, but for the drivers vying for the final five spots in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Playoffs, it stole a chance for one of the championship contenders to lock themselves into the postseason with a win.
West Haven, VT – For Todd Stone 2014 was an eternity ago and 2022 has been knocking him down like a Tyson Furry opponent. N. Woodstock, NH — Barton, VT’s Shane Sicard showed why he’s a three-time defending White Mountain Motorsports Park champion with a dominating victory in the J.P. Sicard Triple Crown Series on Saturday, May 8. Sicard took the lead from Marshfield, VT’s Matthew Potter on lap 6 of the 75-lap Wells River Chevrolet Flying Tiger feature and cruised to the win as part of the 29th White Mountain Season Opener. (Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway hosted its first scheduled Friday night race of the 2021 season with a Stafford Weekly Series program on Friday, May 7th. Michael Christopher outdueled Keith Rocco to win the SK Modified® feature, while both Michael Bennett and Derek Debbis both made it two-for-two in 2021 by winning the Late Model and SK Light feature events respectively. Rich Hammann scored his first career Stafford feature victory in the Limited Late Model feature, and Travis Hydar won the Street Stock feature. (more…)
