(March 18, 2025) – Wright Motorsports delivered another display of perseverance and tenacity in last weekend’s Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, overcoming multiple challenges to secure a top-five finish in the notoriously grueling endurance race. As the second round of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, the twelve-hour battle tested both man and machine, but the Ohio-based team rose to the occasion, earning valuable championship points in both the full-season GTD class and the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup. Tony Schumacher, the Winningest Top Fuel Driver in NHRA History, Joins Rick Ware Racing for Limited Top Fuel Campaign in 2025 in Preparation for Fulltime Season in 2026

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (March 5, 2025) – Tony Schumacher will be back competing in the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series in 2025, and he will do it with Rick Ware Racing (RWR) as a teammate to fulltime Top Fuel driver Clay Millican.

Schumacher, the winningest Top Fuel driver in NHRA history, will run a limited Top Fuel campaign in 2025 in preparation for a fulltime season in 2026. His schedule will be announced at a later date.

With a slender lead of 41 seconds starting the deciding 167 timed kilometres today (Thursday), Al-Attiyah and Boulanger had to be at their brilliant best to remain in front. With their sustainable-fuelled Dacia Sandrider performing faultlessly across the challenging sand and dunes between Mezeer’ah and the finish in Abu Dhabi city, Al-Attiyah/Boulanger charged to their second fastest stage time of the event to take the win by 2m28s.
