Four exciting NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series events are planned for 2023 and it all gets underway on Sunday night, May 28 with the Pioneer Pole Building 2nd Annual Balls to the Wall 50 Invert Race for 358 Modifieds joined by the 602 Sportsman. Race time is set for 7:30 PM.
Carson, California. Porsche Motorsport North America (PMNA) and Deluxe Corporation have expanded the Porsche Deluxe Female Driver Development Program with two more drivers, Chloe Chambers and Madeline Stewart. Chambers represents the Cayman class, which uses the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport, while Stewart will carry the banner for the class utilizing the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup Type 992 race car. Chambers and Stewart join Sabré Cook as the 2023 recipients of the Porsche Deluxe Female Driver Development Program scholarship.
Speedway, Indiana (May 23, 2023)………The busiest stretch of USAC National racing so far this year arrives this week in Indy leading into Sunday’s 107th running of the Indianapolis 500 and Circle City Raceway, at the Marion County Fairgrounds in Indianapolis has two of those nights, Wednesday and Thursday. After suffering through a difficult month of April which saw the Speedway complete only one Saturday night event of the five scheduled due to rainy weather, Grandview Speedway competitors and race fans alike were greeted with beautiful weather this past weekend, and the second NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series racing program of the season was put into the record books. Just months ago there was little talk about a 34th season of Thunder on the Hill at the Grandview Speedway and now, we’re proud to announce that the High Limits 410 Sprints will be part of our schedule with an event on Tuesday night, July 25, paying $23,023 to the winner.
BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Track officials from Grandview Speedway just completed a review of track rules and procedures and are releasing information regarding the results of that recent meeting.
There are no changes for the 2023 racing season for the 358 Modified division, however, there is a rule clarification for the Modifieds and some adjustments for the Sportsman. (more…)
