Waterford, CT — The 2022 American-Canadian Tour was finalized Saturday at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl for the return of the Shoreline 150. Thirty-six teams attempted to qualify for twenty-six spots in the season-ending event with the Southern New England Triple Crown championship in the minds of several teams looking to ride out the year with a little extra change in their pockets.

The ACT Tour Shoreline 150 will join the championship events for the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Super Late Models and the New England Supermodified Series (NESS) plus the New England Pro-4 Modifieds and the Speedbowl’s 3rd annual Northeast Street Stock Championship!

WATERFORD, Conn. – Dana DiMatteo wasn’t going to be denied on Saturday night in the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series return to the New London-Waterford Speedbowl. DiMatteo passed Kyle Bonsignore to score arguably the biggest win of his racing career in the Belltown Motors/Fowler’s Auto Wrecking 100 presented by CBYD 811, collecting a smooth $10,000 in the process.

WATERFORD — There is more than one path to get to the winners’ circle at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl. Early moves paid off for Eric Berndt, Tony Macrino and Tom Silva. Late moves worked for Andrew Molleur, Evan Bourgeois and Zachary Martinez. All six drivers, however, had one thing in common — they posted victories Saturday night.

Since then, there has been reports circulating via social media that the track has been leased, not opening for 2022, and everything in between.

Trainor Sweeps Waterford Finale for NEMA & Lites Championship; Cabral NEMA Champion

One of the Northeast’s most promising up & coming young talents, Jake Trainor, topped off a dream season, winning the NEMA Lites Championship, and taking down both the NEMA and Lites victories at the New-London Waterford Speedbowl this past Saturday evening.  Randy Cabral finished 4th in the NEMA feature, good enough for him to capture his 8th championship, and the 10th overall for Bertrand Motorsports.
