North East, Pa. – (September 22, 2022) – Lake Erie Speedway and Race of Champions management are prepared to offer fans a “flex” schedule in case it is needed to give fans and participants an opportunity to see the entire show on Saturday, September 24 and Sunday, September 25 as part of Presque Isle Downs & Casino Race of Champions Weekend at Lake Erie Speedway including the 72nd Annual Lucas Oil Race of Champions 250, the greatest tradition in the history of Modified racing.
Not only did ThorSport Racing’s Ty Majeski score his first NASCAR national series victory last weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway, but he also claimed the first berth in the Championship 4 Round set to take place at Phoenix Raceway with the championship season finale on November 4.
Majeski will now get to breathe easy as the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series takes the week off before partaking in some superspeedway action at the 2.66-mile Talladega Superspeedway. (more…)

Barre, VT — With inclement weather being predicted for Sunday, the Fall Foliage weekend has been combined into an epic Saturday afternoon showdown. Both the American-Canadian Tour Fall Foliage 200 and the $1,000 to win, 50 lap championship event for the Wells River Chevrolet Flying Tigers have been moved to Saturday, September 17th alongside the originally scheduled Pro All Stars Series Super Late Model and Modified events.
