Martinsville was a must win situation for several drivers this weekend and none more than Christopher Bell who was the furthest back in points coming into the race. Once again, Bell rose to the occasion and won another win or go home race. His win sets the final four drivers heading to the championship race at Phoenix.

In his first year in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, Matt DiBenedetto, driver of the No. 25 Rackley WAR Chevrolet, made his first-ever trip to Victory Lane after a race that ended under caution.
