Thompson, CT — Tolland, CT’s Ronnie Williams found some late magic to win the Truly Lemonade Hard Seltzer Midsummer 75 at Connecticut’s Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on Wednesday, September 15. Williams took the lead from Chelmsford, MA’s Jon McKennedy with 17 laps remaining and got stronger as the race wound down to grab the $5,000 victor’s paycheck for the Outlaw Open Modified Series. 2021 Win Number 5 is Kyle Larson’s First at Watkins Glen
Kyle Larson held off a hard-charging Chase Elliott for his first ever win at Watkins Glen, and his Cup series-leading 5th win.
With Elliott starting from the rear for failing pre-race inspection, Larson was one of the favorites to win the race.

51st Forrest Rogers Memorial Offers $10k To Win For Modifieds This Saturday At Grandview
BECHTELSVILLE, PA AUGUST 10, 2021 . . . As a result of winning the Modified feature race last Saturday night at Grandview Speedway Craig Von Dohren has moved to within 19 points of Brett Kressley in the chase for the NASCAR T.P.Trailers Modified championship. Kressley, the point leader for much of the season, finished 15th in the feature race. Going into the $10,000 to win 51st Annual Forrest Rogers Memorial on Saturday, August 14th, Kressley, shooting for his first Modified championship, has 3803 points while Von Dohren, the defending champion looking for his 12th title has 3784 points. Kyle Soper Captures Baldwin, Evans & Jarzombek 77 Riverhead Raceway Win
On a night where three iconic NASCAR Modified drivers were honored an old school race long duel between eventual winner Kyle Soper of Manorville and defending champion Tom Rogers Jr. of Riverhead highlighted the annual Baldwin, Evans & Jarzombek 77 Saturday night at Riverhead Raceway with Soper prevailing. For Soper it was his second Buzz Chew Chevorlet NASCAR Modified feature win in a row and Kyle’s first ever in the 77 just two weeks after stating the race was one he’d like to cross off his racing bucket list. Hoyt Outruns Competition and Weather to Win Bolduc Enduro 200 at Thunder Road
Barre, VT — Braintree’s George Hoyt proved that steady and sure wins the race by triumphing in the 37th Bolduc Metal Recycling Enduro 200 at Barre’s Thunder Road on Sunday, August 8. Hoyt inherited the lead after previous Enduro winner Richie Turner crashed out with less than 20 laps to go and bested the 118-car field for a $3,000 winner’s purse. (more…)

Doug Coby Looks To Add Another Stafford Win To His Resume
MILFORD, Conn. — Doug Coby is set to return to Stafford Motor Speedway this Friday, August 6, as the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour invades the half-mile for the eighth race of the season. Coby, a former multiple-time track champion, who is 18th on the all-time track wins list, has 12 of those wins in Whelen Modified Tour competition, and would love to add a lucky 13 in his return to his home track.
