N. Woodstock, NH — A capacity crowd filed into White Mountain Motorsports Park for Sunday’s special matinee headlined by the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour. The inaugural Thunder in the Mountains 200 was a game of strategy for the Mighty Modifieds with a sixth different winner standing in NASCAR victory lane.
BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Following a strong and consistent 2024 season that took him to a track championship without a feature win, then enduring a terrible start to the 2025 season, Jeff Strunk of Boyertown, Pa. was able to break the victory drought, scoring the win in the 30-lap T.P. Trailer NASCAR Modified feature Saturday night at Grandview Speedway.

Kyle Larson was dominant the early going after starting on the pole and leading the first 77 laps. It sure looked like a race he was going to win going away.

Last week I noted that Martin Truex, Jr. had three wins at Dover but hasn’t been all that great there as of late. Barre, VT — East Parsonfield, ME’s Trevor Sanborn broke a decade-plus winless streak on the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) by soaring to victory in the Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel 150 at Barre’s Thunder Road on Friday, October 1. Sanborn took the lead from Jeremy Davis just past halfway and kept five-time PASS Super Late Model champion D.J. Shaw at bay to win as part of Milk Bowl Friday on FloRacing.
