Las Vegas, January 25, 2024 — Normally, when an automaker offers customers a day of driving instruction at a racetrack, it usually means flying them to a facility far away and using a fleet of the OEM’s cars at a cost of thousands of dollars.
Toyota does it differently. For the fifth consecutive year, Toyota has put its trust in the National Auto Sport Association. Again for 2024, every buyer of any new Toyota GR Supra, GR86 and GR Corolla gets one complimentary day of HPDE instruction in their own cars at a NASA event near them. Toyota also buys a yearlong membership to NASA for all those owners so they can continue their education in high performance driving.
“It has been so rewarding to work with Toyota in putting this program together, and we’re excited to introduce it to more Toyota customers,” said NASA CEO Jeremy Croiset. “The instruction these drivers are exposed to in NASA’s HPDE program is second to none, and we’re thrilled that Toyota has placed its confidence in us yet again.”
