SEEKONK, Mass. — For the first time in 2025, Seekonk Speedway will welcome Thrill Show racing to the Action Track of the East this Saturday, May 24. Celebrating Memorial Day weekend, the first Thrill Show racing of the season includes the thrills and spills of the East Coast Towing & Recovery Spectator Drags, Enduro Racing, the debut of the One Way Recycling Crown Vic Cruisers and more.
The Thrill Show helps kick off summer as Seekonk celebrates their 80th season of short-track racing, with a break from weekly competition of NASCAR divisions.
The debut of the One Way Recycling Crown Vic Cruiser division will also take place at the Memorial Day Thrill Show. New for 2025, the One Way Recycling Crown Vic Cruisers division is intended to bring drivers into a form of structured racing outside of traditional Thrill Show events. These races use a cost-affordable rules program, keeping to one style car that is easily available and easily able to be setup. The winners are awarded money, along with the rest of the top three, along with a winner’s trophy. The division will include a mix of new competitors and a few who do have some racing experience. The old police cruiser style vehicles will be rolling around the third-mile in front of a packed house.
The Thrill Show also includes the Car & Truck Enduro Drags, the Crazy Figure 8 Races and the Car & Truck Enduro Races.
