CLAREMONT, N.H. — As has been the story throughout the spring of 2025, Mother Nature continues to be the toughest competitor in the Northeast. Due to a forecast calling for severe thunderstorms throughout the day and into the evening, officials at Claremont Motorsports Park have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s racing program scheduled for Friday, June 6th.
“We’ve been battling weather all season long,” said track officials. “Safety for our teams, fans, and staff is always our top priority, and with the predicted storms, we had no choice but to cancel tonight’s event.”
Fans won’t have to wait long for the next big show, as racing returns Friday night, June 13th, with the highly anticipated Modified Racing Series. This event marks the first of three MRS visits to Claremont in 2025, featuring a 75-lap Tour-Type Modified main event with both local heroes and top regional talent expected to compete.
