  • SAWALICH AT BRISTOL: William Sawalich is the defending winner of the ARCA Menards Series East (AMSE) race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Last year, Sawalich made a late-race pass for the lead to claim the race win after clinching the AMSE championship earlier in the night. Thursday night’s race is the AMSE season finale. Sawalich currently sits second in the championship points standings, 16 points behind leader Connor Zilisch. Sawalich will run double-duty on Thursday as the climbs behind the wheel of the No. 1 Toyota Tundra for TRICON Garage after the AMSE race.
  • 2023 ARCA EAST CHAMPION: Sawalich claimed the 2023 AMSE championship at Bristol Motor Speedway. He ended the AMSE season with four wins and finished in the top-five in all eight races on the AMSE schedule. He became the second AMSE champion for Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) and the first Minnesotan to win the series championship.

(Nashville, TN) Track Enterprises, LLC will continue as the racing promoter at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway for the 2025 racing season, following Tuesday, September 10 Fairgrounds Nashville board meeting.

Track Enterprises has been the primary promoter at the track since 2020, after handling the ARCA race promotion at the speedway from 2015-2019. Lupton will drive the No. 30 Lupton Excavation Ford Mustang in his first national ARCA Menards Series start since the season finale at Kansas Speedway in 2020, driving for TRICON Garage.

Dale Quarterley and His Son to Race ARCA Series

At Watkins Glen, there won’t be one “1/4 ley” racing, but two of them! Welcome to the ARCA Menards Series Alex Quarterley. Alex will be racing alongside his father Dale Quarterley at Watkins Glen for the General Tire 100 on September 13th. The 30-year-old driver from Westfield, Massachusetts has a racing background that goes back to go-karts, motorcycles, as well as getting his feet wet in the late model scene recently.

While his father Dale will be in the #4 car, Alex will be in a 2nd 1/4 ley Racing entry, the #3. Alex’s effort in the #3 will be run under the Mullins Racing banner though using their owner points, and Willie Mullins himself will be serving as crew chief for the car. Van Dyk Recycling will be serving as the primary sponsor for both cars while Applewood Controls, Motul Oil, Motorcycles 508, Walker Furniture will be amongst the associate sponsors for the cars. Alex and Dale will become the 2nd father-son duo to race in ARCA this year after Brian and Alex Clubb both drove a few races together.
