Busch Entrance in Lucas Oil Midget Car Follows Appearances at the USAC National Midget Events at Bakersfield Speedway and Ventura Raceway Starting on November 26

Austin, TX – November 14, 2024 – Legendary NASCAR driver and two-time NASCAR Cup Series Champion, Kyle Busch, today announced a partnership with FloSports that will put him on the clay in a Lucas Oil midget car for a historic debut at the 39th Chili Bowl Midget Nationals Powered by NOS Energy Drink streamed exclusively on FloRacing this January. Kyle’s debut follows similar appearances at the USAC National Midget events at Bakersfield Speedway (November 26) and Ventura Raceway (November 30). The 39th annual Chili Bowl Nationals powered by NOS Energy Drink will run from January 13-18, 2025 at the famed SageNet Center. (more…)

David Gravel has one thing in mind right now – securing his first World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car championship.

He first made his focus clear on Wednesday when Sea Foam Qualifying Night got the World of Outlaws World Finals underway. The Watertown, CT native laid down two heaters to sweep both Simpson Quick Time Awards.

How Did New-England-Connected NASCAR Drivers Do In Phoenix?

First of all, Joey Logano of Middletown, CT won the 2024 Cup Championship again! While Chase Briscoe won the race with Joey Logano coming in eighth then Corey LaJoie in ninth. Then it was Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT coming in 12th while Boston’s Kaz Grala had to settle for 34th. Corey LaJoie is the son of Two-Time NASCAR Xfinity Series Champion Randy, who was a native of Norwalk, CT before moving to the Charlotte, NC area to be closer the top NASCAR Divisions.

Riley Herbest won the Xfinity race with Parker Kligerman of Westport, CT turning in a 14^th finishing position then it was Blaine Perkins coming in 22nd with Patrick Emerling of Long Island, NY and Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT being awarded 36th. Both Perkins and Alfredo race team cars for Cape Cod’s Chris and daughter Mary Our of Chatham, MA

With a potential championship in sight, David Gravel and Big Game Motorsports are already set to challenge for the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series title again in 2025.

The duo will return to the Series for their fifth consecutive year together.
