NTE/SSR Petit Le Mans Bid Ends with Pit Stop Purgatory
BRASELTON, Ga., (October 3, 2022) – NTE/SSR’s promising run at the 25th Annual Petit Le Mans ended on a disheartening note on Saturday evening, as the sports car racing team closed out the 2022 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. The Lamborghini team showed strong potential all weekend long leading up to the season finale race, but in the end, a pitstop error from a neighboring team ended the effort’s hopes of a top-five or podium finish. BRASELTON, Ga., (October 2, 2022) – When Wright Motorsports secured their monumental victory at the Rolex 24 At Daytona in January, the Porsche customer racing team immediately showed they would be a championship contender for the 2022 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. Sunday at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, the battle for the GTD class title came down to the final laps, and with a fourth-place finish, the Wright Motorsports Porsche finished as runner-up in the championship standings. Montecalvo Ready To Conquer Season Finale At Petit Le Mans
Wednesday, September 28, 2022 – Highlands, NJ – Vasser Sullivan driver Frankie Montecalvo is ready to take on the final round of the IMSA Weathertech Sportscar Championship – Petit Le Mans. Montecalvo will contest the ten-hour endurance race with co-drivers Aaron Telitz and Richard Heistand.
The race marks the 25th Anniversary of the Motul Petit Le Mans at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. Montecalvo has scored multiple top-five finishes at Petit Le Mans and a third place in 2021 but has yet to bring home a win. That’s something he’s hoping to change this weekend. (more…)

Strong Atlanta Run Earns Harrison Burton His First Top-10 Finish in Cup
Harrison Burton and the No. 21 Freightliner team kicked of the second half of their rookie Cup Series season with an impressive performance in Sunday’s Quaker State 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
For the second week in a row, Burton scored Stage points and led the race, and on Sunday came away with a 10th-place finish, the best of his brief Cup Series career.
