Barre, VT – While Mother Nature gave it her all to wash out the Preston’s Kia Independence Day Spectacular, the Thunder Road faithful showed up in droves and moved her rain showers to the side with four divisions of racing action and Central Vermont’s biggest Northstar Fireworks display on the docket.

Barre, VT – Somehow July has already hit the Green Mountain State and that can only mean one thing; It’s time for Central Vermont’s Largest Fireworks Display at Thunder Road Speedbowl with the help of Preston’s Kia and Northstar Fireworks! The weekly warriors return to the Barre highbanks this Thursday ready to continue their championship chases while all look forward to spending the evening under Northstar’s massive fireworks display to kick-off the July 4th holiday weekend!

Barre, VT – Double Features were on the menu Thursday at Thunder Road International Speedbowl for Community College of Vermont Night at The Road. Double features for some meant strategy was thrown to the wayside with the foot to the firewall, to others it was patience, a strong brake pedal and eyes up. To all, it was the ultimate test of man, machine and teamwork on the Barre highbanks.
