MOORESVILLE, N.C. (June 2, 2025) — Corey LaJoie will return to Spire Motorsports to campaign the team’s No. 07 Chevrolet Silverado for nine of the final 13 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck races of 2025, beginning with Saturday’s DQS Solutions and Staffing 200 at Michigan International Speedway.
YouTube star and ARCA driver Cleetus McFarland could get involved with the prospective new NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series team from Stellantis’ Ram brand should the automaker complete talks to enter the sport, according to four people familiar with the matter and a document seen by SBJ.
McFarland, the automotive enthusiast whose real name is Garrett Mitchell, has started to become something akin to NASCAR’s version of Jake Paul this year by competing in real competition in what is effectively the sport’s fourth division. He’s brought along his massive fanbase for the ride, something that’s been helpful for a sport looking for new breakout stars.

The track has been put up for sale by CBRE, a commercial real estate and investment firm based in Texas.

It’s old home week for most of the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series teams competing in Friday night’s North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway (8:30 p.m. ET on FS1, NRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).
All but two of the teams in the series are based in the Charlotte area. The exceptions are ThorSport Racing from Sandusky, Ohio, and Rackley W.A.R. from Centerville, Tenn.
