MILFORD, Conn. — Doug Coby looks to break into Victory Lane for the first time at Riverhead Raceway in NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour competition on Saturday, May 15. In race three of the tour season — the Miller Lite 200 — Coby looks to erase a 19-race winless streak on Long Island. The six-time Whelen Modified Tour champion does have two finishes of second and has led 332 laps at the bullring, but is yet to hoist the checkered flag. (more…)

The design of the Next Gen car gives the drivers greater control while putting an emphasis back on race strategies, team personnel and vehicle setups. The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) entry list swelled even further this week with six more top Thunder Road racers throwing their hats into the ring for an event being broadcast worldwide on FloRacing.

Both Kaz Grala of Boston, MA and Kaulig Racing continue to impress in each of their NASCAR Cup Series outings.
Grala piloted Kaulig’s No. 16 Chevy to a sixth-place finish in the GEICO 500 at Talladega Superspeedway on April 25, the best Cup finish to date for the young driver and team. The result completed a stellar weekend for the team, as Kaulig went to victory lane in the NASCAR Xfinity Series the day before via Jeb Burton‘s first career win. (more…)
