A car accident can happen to anyone, and given that driving is such a consistent part of daily life, it’s easy to forget about the danger involved in getting into a vehicle.
Thankfully, the vast majority of driving accidents don’t end in fatality, but you can still get badly injured, and even if you don’t, it will almost certainly shake you up a little.
Nick DeGroot of Motorsport reports that (t)he courts have ruled against 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports in their request for a temporary restraining order (TRO) as they seek a new preliminary injunction. The hope was that they would secure a TRO in order to prevent NASCAR from revoking their charters, but that has failed. They will compete as open entries at Dover Motor Speedway this weekend.
23XI fields the No. 23 of Bubba Wallace, No. 35 of Riley Herbst, and the No. 45 of Tyler Reddick. FRM has the the No. 4 of Noah Gragson, the No. 34 of Todd Gilliland, and the No. 38 of Zane Smith.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Ladies and gentlemen, start your bidding! Rockingham Speedway, the iconic track that hosted NASCAR races for decades before being abandoned and revitalized for the sport’s return in April, has been put up for sale.
The track has been put up for sale by CBRE, a commercial real estate and investment firm based in Texas.
At the Indianapolis Speedway it was Spain’s Alex Palou taking the Borger-Warner Trophy and the big money for winning the Classic Indianapolis 500 event. Santino Ferrucci of Woodbury, CT placed a strong seventh place.
SONOMA, Calif. (April 25, 2025) – The field has been set for the Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli’s CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series National and Western Championship race at Sonoma Raceway. Qualifying was canceled due to heavy rain, so the field is set according to practice times. Brent Crews in the No. 10 Mobil 1/Nitro Motorsports Toyota Camry will lead the field to green after laying down a quickest time of 1:32.155 in the weekend’s practice session.
