TEMPERANCE, Mich. — The ARCA Menards Series has announced a television broadcast agreement extension with FS1 and FS2 that features a full season of live television coverage in 2025. Additionally, as part of the new agreement, the 2025 ARCA Menards Series season-opener at Daytona International Speedway will air live on FOX, marking the first time in series history a race has aired on broadcast television. Michael Christopher outdueled Keith Rocco to win the SK Modified® feature, while both Michael Bennett and Derek Debbis both made it two-for-two in 2021 by winning the Late Model and SK Light feature events respectively. In Sunday’s afternoon’s NASCAR Cup race at RIR Alex Bowman’s late race surge brought him into Victory Lane at Richmond International Raceway in VA. Middletown, CT’s ended his day in third place after being in the hunt all day long. Corey LaJoie finished his day in 21st and is the son of two-time Xfinity Champion Randy Lajoie a native of Norwalk, CT. Berlin, CT’s Ryan Preece finished 29th while Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT wound up 31st.
Hebert Finally Tastes NHMS Victory at Northeast Classic
Loudon, NH — Reigning American-Canadian Tour (ACT) champion Jimmy Hebert of Williamstown, VT finally scored a long-awaited victory at Loudon’s New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) on Sunday, April 18 in the inaugural Northeast Classic. Sunday’s washout at the Bristol Circus Maximus resulted in NASCAR rescheduling both the NASCAR Pinty Truck race and the Cup event to Monday. Martin Truex, Jr. ended up the winner in the Trucks while Parker Kligerman of Stamford, CT ended the day in 18th place with Brett Moffit driving Cape Cod’s Chris Hour entry, who resides in Harwich, MA, to a disappointing 24th.
