‘The Last Great Colosseum’ Up Next in the Round of 10 for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series

For the second time this season, the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series will return to Bristol Motor Speedway. The competitors will get four weeks off to prepare and go over strategy for the UNOH 200 presented by Ohio Logistics (Thursday, September 19 at 8 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM Radio).

In total, this will be the sixth time Bristol has hosted a CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Playoff Race (2019-2024). This season marks the second time that Thunder Valley will host an event in the Round of 10. Previously, the half-mile track in the mountains served as the elimination race in 2021.

Team Penske’s Ryan Blaney is once again the NASCAR Cup Series point standings leader, after becoming the only driver this season to post three top-five finishes in the first four races of the season. The reigning Cup champion currently holds a 10-point lead over second place Kyle Larson and third place Martin Truex Jr. in the standings as the series heads to Bristol Motor Speedway for the Food City 500 on Sunday, March 17 at 3:30 p.m. ET on FOX, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series – Rajah Caruth’s Day of Firsts

Just days after HendrickCars.com signed on to sponsor Rajah Caruth for the entire 2024 season, he earned his first NASCAR national series victory in Friday night’s NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The 21-year-old became the third African American to win a NASCAR national series race, joining NASCAR Hall of Famer Wendell Scott and Bubba Wallace.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Sept. 15, 2023) – NASCAR today announced that the NASCAR Cup Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway on Saturday, Sept. 16, will now start at 6:30 p.m. ET – advancing one hour from the original 7:30 p.m. ET start time – due to forecasted inclement weather. The broadcast networks for the Bass Pro Shops Night Race remain unchanged – USA, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

After the elimination race in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Round of 10 at Kansas Speedway last weekend, two drivers were eliminated from the Playoffs – Matt Crafton and Matt DiBenedetto. Now, the series heads to Bristol Motor Speedway to kick off the Round of 8 for the UNOH 200 presented by Ohio Logistics on Thursday, September 14 at 9 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM Radio.
