(April 27, 2022) – There may not be a pair of drivers more ready to get back to work than the Silver Hare Racing duo of Connor Zilisch and Lawless Alan, who with their twin TA2-class racing machines head to Sonoma (Calif.) Raceway for Sunday’s Mission Foods Sonoma SpeedTour, round five of the 2022 Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli.
HIGH POINT, N.C. (April 20, 2022) – The Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli heads west for a pair of back-to-back events starting with Sunday’s Trans Am SpeedFest at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca near Monterey, California, and concluding just up the Pacific coast at Sonoma (Calif.) Raceway with the Sonoma SpeedTour on May 1.
While I don’t think anyone is surprised at Kyle Larson winning in 2022, it is kind of surprising how he won this past weekend at California.
Tyler Reddick looked like he had the car to beat. Until he didn’t.
The Next Gen car is a collaboration of the brightest engineering minds in racing, with contributions coming from all sides of the NASCAR and automotive industries. The design of the Next Gen car gives the drivers greater control while putting an emphasis back on race strategies, team personnel and vehicle setups.
