Still basking in the afterglow of a hard-earned victory in Sunday night’s NASCAR All-Star Race, Christopher Bell declared the 0.625-mile venue the “best short track on the schedule.”
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (May 19, 2025) – This evening, Team Penske, drivers Joey Logano and Ryan Blaney, and members of the Nos. 12 and 22 NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) teams were honored by Mooresville Mayor Chris Carney and the Town Board of Commissioners in a proclamation ceremony held at the Charles Mack Citizen Center in downtown Mooresville. The recognition comes on the heels of three-consecutive NCS championships for the organization and honors the commitment of Team Penske to the Town of Mooresville.
Mooresville, NC (May 19, 2025) NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Driver, Spencer Boyd announced today that Canal Coffee Co.™ has joined the team as a primary sponsor for the Memorial Day Weekend race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Founded in 2023, Canal Coffee Co. is a family-owned, drive-thru coffee shop serving specialty drinks, hot breakfast, baked goods, and lunch.
Carson Hocevar won the NASCAR All Star race. Ryan Preece finished 11th. At the qualifying of the Indy 500, Robert Shwartzman is on the pole while Santino Ferrucci will start the 500 from 17th position.

NORTH WILKESBORO, N.C. — Fireworks lit up the sky, and smoke billowed from the tires of the No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota as Christopher Bell celebrated his first victory in the NASCAR All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro Speedway.
On Sunday night, Bell climbed from his car to a standing ovation. Scratch that—virtually everyone in the packed grandstands already had been standing for the final 28 lap green-flag run, as Bell battled Joey Logano side-by-side and finally cleared last year’s winner for the lead on Lap 241 of 250.

If you‘re trying to find a predictor of the eventual NASCAR Cup Series champion, the winner of the NASCAR All-Star Race might be a good place to look.
In three of the last five years, the All-Star Race winner has gone on to win the title: Chase Elliott at Bristol in 2020; Kyle Larson at Texas Motor Speedway in 2021; and Joey Logano at North Wilkesboro Speedway last year.
