The lawsuit brought against NASCAR by two of its Cup Series race teams is set to begin Monday at the Federal Courthouse in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Barring an 11th-hour development, the lawsuit titled “23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports v. NASCAR” will open with jury selection and likely proceed to opening statements on the first day of trial before Judge Kenneth D. Bell.
CONCORD, N.C. – Trackhouse Racing announced today that Red Bull will serve as a primary partner for drivers Shane van Gisbergen and Connor Zilisch for 25 races during the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season. (November 20, 2025) – Joe Gibbs Racing announced today that the organization has signed a multi-year agreement with Columbia Bank to sponsor Chase Briscoe’s No. 19 Toyota Camry in three races in 2026. The No. 19 will sport the Columbia Bank blue and white colors at Circuit of the Americas on March 1, Sonoma Raceway on June 28, and Phoenix Raceway on October 18.
Along with their primary partnership on the No. 19, Columbia Bank will serve as the Official Banking Partner of Joe Gibbs Racing and provide everyday banking services for the team.

(Nov. 18, 2025) – NASCAR today announced the return of the Cook Out Madhouse Classic to historic Bowman Gray Stadium as part of the Cook Out Clash Weekend on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026. The day of racing will now include two action-packed Bowman Gray Stadium divisions – the Modified Division and Sportsman Series – delivering an afternoon of high-intensity, hometown action.
These bricks will be used to create a patio and/or pathway near the Dale Earnhardt memorial rock next to the S3 Lot at New Hampshire Motor Speedway and will be unveiled during New England’s only NASCAR Cup Series weekend in August 2026.
Proceeds from these brick sales will benefit children in need throughout New England through the New Hampshire Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities.
