(April 29, 2021) – As Nashville Superspeedway completes its rebirth as Middle Tennessee’s racing and entertainment jewel, The Cat Rental Store at Thompson Machinery has been named the track’s preferred equipment rental partner leading up to its June 18-20 NASCAR tripleheader weekend. WHITINSVILLE, Mass. — After a long offseason, Stan Mertz Racing will open the 2021 season on Saturday, May 1, at Monadnock Speedway in New Hampshire. With driver Woody Pitkat at the controls, the team is set to compete in the opener of the Tri Track Open Modified Series season. Both Kaz Grala of Boston, MA and Kaulig Racing continue to impress in each of their NASCAR Cup Series outings.
Grala piloted Kaulig’s No. 16 Chevy to a sixth-place finish in the GEICO 500 at Talladega Superspeedway on April 25, the best Cup finish to date for the young driver and team. The result completed a stellar weekend for the team, as Kaulig went to victory lane in the NASCAR Xfinity Series the day before via Jeb Burton‘s first career win. (more…)
N. Woodstock, NH — White Mountain Motorsports Park honored the top drivers from the past racing season at the 2020 Banquet of Champions on Saturday, April 24. Racers, crew members, and families gathered at the track for a celebration of 2020 while also looking forward to the 2021 season opener on May 8.
Brad Keselowski led the most important lap at Talladega, the final one. In a wild, pitched battle for the win, Keselowski got a huge push from Michael McDowell and Kevin Harvick to eke out his 6th Talladega win over Matt DiBenedetto. DiBenedetto (P5) once again came up just short for his first ever Cup win after leading 28 laps and “winning” Stage 1.
WEST HAVEN, Vt. – Devil’s Bowl Speedway is ready to set records in 2021. The historic Vermont dirt track opens its 55th season of racing on Saturday, May 1 at 7:00 p.m., as Mike’s Fuels of Bridport presents the action, and race fans are in for a summer for the ages, as the fastest-growing track in the Northeast skyrockets into the new year.
