Bubba Wallace managed to get a win in the first 500 Qualifier, and Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT came in 13th.
In the second go-around Austin Cindric made his way to Victory Lane with defending Cup Champion Joey Logano of Middletown, CT taking fifth place.  Corey LaJoie finished sixth then it was Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT earning the 13th spot.
Note that Corey LaJoie is the son of Two-Time Xfinity Champion Randy LaJoie who grew up in Norwalk, CT before moving South to the Charlotte, NC area in order to be closer to the top NASCAR action.

Ross Chastain won the Cup race with Middletown, CT’s Joey Logano coming in  14th followed by Corey LaJoie and Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT while Boston’s Kaz Grala was awarded 31st place.    Corey Lajoie is the son of two-time Xfinity Champion Randy Lajoie who resided in Norwalk, CT before moving south to NC.
Aric Almirola won the Xfinity race while Parker Kligerman of Westport, CT finished 12th with Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT came in 15th.  Kyle Weatherman placed 26th with Blain Perkins 28th and Long island’s Patrick Emerling of Long Island, NY got 30th place.  Weatherman and Perkins both drive team cars for Cape Cod’s Chris and Mary Our who call Chatham, MA home.

Corey LaJoie is the son of Randy LaJoie who called Norwalk, CT home before he moved to Charlotte, NC to be closer to the NASCAR action in which he won a pair of Xfinity Championships.
Chase Elliott came home the victor in the Xfinity Series race with Kyle Weatherman ended up 10th and Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT got 16th, Patrick Emerling of Long Island, NY came in 30th, Blain Perkins was 35th and Parker Kligerman of Stamford, CT ended up 37th. Weatherman and Perkins both drive team cars for Cape Cod’s Chris and Mary Our that get their US Mail in Harwich, MA.
Tanner Gray won the Menards ARCA Series while Andy Jankowiak of Buffalo, NY came in 16th.
Joseph Newgarden won the Indy 500 and Santino Ferrucci of Woodbury, CT. Ferrucci was also in the hunt for the entire 500 miles
