How New Englanders fared at Darlington

Parker Kligerman of Westport, CT took a fifth place in the Camping World Truck race at Darlington, SC.

On Sunday night it was Denny Hamlin who took the checkered flag first in the NASCAR Cup go at Darlington.  Joey Logano of Middletown, CT ended up eighth, Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT placed 12th while Corey Lajoie ended his night in 15th.  Corey is the son of Randy LaJoie who captured two Xfinity Series Championships during his career. Randy Lajoie’s home town is Norwalk, CT.  Not so fortunate was Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT who placed 24th.
How about Parker Kligerman of Ridgefield, CT who started the NASCAR Camping World Track race at Darlington in 34th place and came home fifth overall in that event!  Kligerman is also a color man for various top tier TV aired NASCAR events.
