After a few days of waiting, NASCAR finally made an announcement as to what they are doing about Austin Dillon’s mad dash to the checkered flag at Richmond.
Essentially, Dillon can keep the win and the trophy, but NASCAR decided he went too far in his desire to get into the playoffs. His win will not count as an automatic berth into the playoffs and he and RCR lose 25 points.
As the longest-running rally on the 2024 FIA European Rally Championship calendar and the longest so far this season in terms of competitive distance, the 201.79 kilometres that make up the 53rd Barum Czech Rally Zlín (16 – 18 August) will be fast, fearsome and famous.

North East, PA – (September 16, 2023) – The Race of Champions Weekend began with a successful and full day of practice under bright sunlight for well over 100 cars in the pit area in North East, Pa., at Lake Erie Speedway. Teams prepared for their own races as well as many modifieds fine tuning for Sunday’s 73rd Annual Lucas Oil Race of Champions 250.
