BARRE, Vt. – The Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series visited Barre, Vermont for the first time in history and Chase Dowling wasn’t going to be denied. The Roxbury, Connecticut, native captured the $10,000 winning prize in the Granite City 100 – passing for the lead with 48 laps to go and leading the remainder of the distance en route to Victory Lane.

This past Saturday, June 10, Emerling posted a runner-up finish in the Ol’ Boy Cup 60 at Lancaster Speedway at New York International Raceway Park. On Saturday, July 31, he hopes to improve his finishing position by one to take down a victory in the Nu-Way Auto Parts 150; the track’s inaugural Whelen Modified Tour event .
