$10k In Bonus Money Added To Super & Pro Purses At All American 400 Weekend Nashville

(Nashville, TN) Officials from the ASA STARS National Tour along with Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway have announced that $10,000 in bonus money has been added to the Super Late Model and Pro Late Model purses for the Curb Records/Big Machine Vodka Spiked Coolers All American 400 by US Tank weekend, thanks to a generous community and race supporter. The bonuses have been added in part to raise awareness of the Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee.
$5,000 has now been added to the winner’s share of the ASA STARS National Tour event on Sunday, November 3, which will now pay $20,000 to the winner. $1,000 has been added to the winner’s share of the Saturday night JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Pro Late Model 100 and will now pay $6,000 to win. Off Holiday Weekend For NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series
Taking the lead with 40 laps remaining at Nashville Superspeedway, Niece Motorsports’ Carson Hocevar managed to fend off every challenge necessary to secure his second career victory – including holding off reigning CRAFTSMAN Truck Series champion, Front Row Motorsports’ Zane Smith and Friday’s pole sitter, Nick Sanchez of Rev Racing.
Triple Truck Challenge Continues Under The Lights In Music City
After a two-week break, the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck series jumps back into action under the lights at Nashville Superspeedway for the Rackley Roofing 200 (Friday, June 23, at 8 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM Radio), marking the last race of the 2023 Triple Truck Challenge.
Derek Thorn Puts on Dominant Performance, Secures Long-Awaited Snowball Derby Win
Over the last three years, Derek Thorn has been pretty much unstoppable when it comes to the Snowball Derby at Five Flags Speedway. Despite that, Thorn entered Sunday’s 300-lap contest having never won the prestigious event.
Now, in his 10th attempt at chasing the Tom Dawson Trophy, Derek Thorn will finally get the chance to take the trophy home, securing the victory in one of the most dominating performances in Snowball Derby history. (more…)
