Jake Johnson Eyes Repeat Glory at Stafford’s NAPA Fall Final

(Stafford Springs, CT)—For Jake Johnson and the #15 Lin’s Propane Trucks Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series team, racing at Stafford Speedway has been a mixed bag of results.  Prior to the 2025 season, Johnson had made five career starts at Stafford with a best finish of second in the 2022 NAPA Fall Final, but also three finishes outside the top-20.  Although Johnson and the #15 team have only made two starts in 2025, they seemed to have put their Stafford troubles behind them.  Johnson led almost half of the NAPA Spring Sizzler® in April before a crash on a restart left him with a 22nd place finish and they won the GAF Modified Masters 80 in July.  With their newfound success, Johnson and his team are looking forward to returning to Stafford on Saturday, September 27 for the NAPA Fall Final.

Jake Johnson Wins GAF Roofing Modified Masters At Stafford Speedway

GAF Roofing Modified Masters(Stafford Springs, CT)—The Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series came to Stafford Motor Speedway on Wednesday, July 16th for the 80-lap GAF Roofing Modified Masters feature event.  Jake Johnson took control of the race just past the halfway point of the race and he led the final 40 laps of the race to the checkered flag to win the GAF Roofing Modified Masters.

Jake ‘The Jet’ Makes it Back to Back White Mountain Monaco Wins; Youth Movement Split Late Model Doubles

N. Woodstock, NH — With the sun thankfully shining down on the Sunday special program at White Mountain Motorsports Park, it was time to kick off the King of the Mountain track championship chase for the 1764 Sports Bar & Grill Late Models as well as the second annual visit from the Monaco Modifieds!

The Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kids Division started Sunday’s show, returning to lap five of the previously rain-delayed HK Powersports feature race from back on May 17. It was no contest with freshman runner Lucas Sidney taking off under the green flag to capture his first career win at the Mountain with a hard-charging Owen Dupuis and Gracen Gorham rounding out the top three. The Kids returned later on for their regularly scheduled event under the direction of Clayton Houghton. Houghton led steadfast until his car got out from underneath him just after the halfway marker with Lucas Sidney going two for two in Kids Division wins, this time over Gorham and Kiptyn Aldrich.

More than a year has passed since Jake Johnson brought Ole Blue back to Victory Lane on the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, a win that arrived at Monadnock Speedway in New Hampshire.

A lot has changed for Johnson since that day, but his commitment to winning in Modifieds remains unwavering. Now part-time in the series with JMA Motorsports, Johnson is set to make his second Modified Tour appearance with the program in Saturday’s J&R Precast 150 at Massachussets’ Seekonk Speedway.

HIGH POINT, N.C. (Oct. 2, 2024) – There’s no place like home, as the saying goes, and when it comes to Cube 3 Architecture TA2 Series racing at Virginia International Raceway (VIR) in Alton, no one embraces that sentiment better than Silver Hare Racing.

The High Point, North Carolina-based team heads to the picturesque 3.27-mile, 17-turn road course ready to defend its dominating 2023 VIR SpeedTour victory with a three-car entry featuring 2024 fulltime drivers Jake Drew and Boris Said Jr. They’ll be joined for the first time since February by a familiar face, Connor Zilisch, who qualified on the pole and led every race lap on his way to winning this event a year ago this weekend, then repeated that feat for Silver Hare in this year’s season opener at Sebring (Fla.) (Aug. 27, 2024) – After having to wait eight weeks between rounds eight and nine of the 2024 Cube 3 Architecture TA2 Series, the Silver Hare Racing team and its driver duo of Jake Drew and Boris Said Jr. welcome the much more agreeable turnaround of just eight days between last Friday’s round nine at Watkins Glen (N.Y.) International and this Saturday’s round 10 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in Bowmanville, Ontario.
