MARTINSVILLE, Va. (Oct. 26, 2024) – Justin Bonsignore wasn’t going to be denied his fourth NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour championship, as he dominated the season finale Virginia is for Racing Lovers 300 at Martinsville Speedway to take home the Grandfather Clock and the year-end title.
The championship marks Bonsignore’s fourth title (2018, 2020, 2021, 2024), and the win – his first at Martinsville Speedway – gave him sole possession of second on the all-time Whelen Modified Tour wins list with 45.
Justin Allgaier, BRANDT Return to JRM in Multi-Year Renewal
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (Oct. 25, 2024) – As announced during Friday afternoon’s media availability session at Homestead-Miami Speedway, Justin Allgaier and cornerstone partner BRANDT Professional Agriculture are returning to JR Motorsports in a multi-year renewal that will run through the 2026 NASCAR Xfinity Series season. As the second-longest tenured-partner for JRM at ten years, BRANDT will assume the role of primary partner for Allgaier and the No.7 Chevrolet for 20 events during the 2025 and 2026 NXS seasons, as well as receive associate placement on the remaining races. Just like last year, a season-long NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour points battle between Justin Bonsignore and Ron Silk comes down to the season finale at Martinsville Speedway.
What is different this time around is that Bonsignore holds the advantage going into the final race rather than Silk. A dominant day from Bonsignore at North Wilkesboro Speedway on Sunday allowed him to usurp Silk in the point standings and build a 10-point advantage with one event remaining. (more…)

Bonsignore will make his first start in the SMART Modified Tour, driving the No. 51 for Ken Massa Motorsports in the 99-lap SMART season finale on Saturday evening. On Sunday, Bonsignore returns to NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour racing in the Brushy Mountain Powersports 150, the penultimate race of the season.
