More than 70 race cars will be at North Carolina’s Hickory Motor Speedway for Saturday’s massive “Throwback Classic” presented by FloRacing for the zMAX CARS Tour. $50,000 is on the line for the Late Model Stock Cars, while $30,000 is available for the winner of the Pro Late Model race, which makes Saturday the highest paying night in the history of pavement Late Model racing in America.

Fans can expect more on-track action than ever before, including the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series’ Window World 250 on Saturday, the zMAX CARS Tour’s Reverend Whiskey 75 Pro Late Model race on Thursday, the Window World 100 Late Model Stock Car race on Friday and the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour’s FaithFest Evangelistic Ministries 150 on Sunday afternoon, prior to the All-Star Open and All-Star Race main events.
Rackley W.A.R. announced today that it will be moving its entire team operations from the current shop in Tennessee to North Carolina during the 2024 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series offseason. The move comes at the conclusion of the organization’s fourth full-time season competing in the Truck Series.
Moving into the GMS Fabrication Building in Statesville, NC offers expanded workspaces to improve efficiency in the shop day-to-day. (Nashville, TN) The Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway wrapped up its second week of racing in 2024 with a two-day show on Friday and Saturday. The U.S Air Force Legend Car Spring Nationals and CP Race Wear Bandoleros ran on the quarter mile while the Super Trucks and Pro Late Models battled on the 5/8th for an action-packed weekend.
