A unique twist on SK Light Modified racing, the 20-lap feature will be open to any SK Light Modified competitor that has not won a race at Stafford in 2022.

Hines Takes 1st SK Light Modified Win At New London-Waterford Speedbowl

Woody Pitkat Wins Bud Light 80 At Stafford Speedway

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Open Modified cars returned to Stafford Motor Speedway for their third of five visits of the 2022 season on Friday, June 10th for the Bud Light Open 80.  Woody Pitkat led the final 13 laps to come home the winner after Ronnie Williams and Ronnie Silk made contact while racing for the lead and had to restart from the rear of the field.

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway hosted another round of Stafford Weekly Racing on Friday, June 10th with Open Modified cars on hand for the Bud Light Open 80.  Scoring feature wins on the night was Bryan Narducci in the SK Modified® feature, Adam Gray for the second consecutive week in the Late Model feature, Alexander Pearl in the SK Light feature, Devon Jencik in the Limited Late Model feature, and Bobby Stirk, III in the Street Stock feature.

Alexander Pearl Has Sights Set On 2022 SK Light Championship at Stafford

(Stafford Springs, CT)—So close and yet so far.  Those words sum up Alexander Pearl’s last three seasons in Stafford Speedway’s SK Light division.  Pearl finished third in the 2019 standings, 4th in the 2020 standings, and third in last year’s standings, only 4 points behind Derek Debbis and Brian Sullivan, who finished tied.

Olson Apartments Renews Stafford SK Light Contingency Program Participation For Seventh Consecutive Season

(Stafford Springs, CT)—For the seventh consecutive season Olson Apartments of Agawam, MA signed on to continue participation in the Stafford Speedway contingency program.  Olson Apartments will provide a weekly $75 bonus to each SK Light third place finisher this season, providing an extra $1,650 for drivers during the 2022 season.  Combined with the already announced American Sign, Inc. SK Light contingency, all 3rd place finishers will each receive an extra $150 in bonus money in 2022.
