Hyundai to Enter Seven Elantra N TCR cars with Bryan Herta Autosport (BHA), Victor Gonzalez Racing, and Pegram Racing
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Hyundai Motor America is set to field seven Hyundai Elantra N TCR entries in the 2025 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge (IMPC) season in pursuit of a sixth-consecutive Manufacturers’ Championship title. CRESSON, Texas (January 8, 2024) – Lone Star Racing confirmed today its driver lineup for this month’s season-opening IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship Rolex 24 At Daytona and its trio of contenders that will contest the full 2025 IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup GT Daytona (GTD) campaign in the No. 80 Lone Star Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3.

Excitement continues to build for the Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by Michelin’s first-ever oval race at Martinsville Speedway on October 26. The anticipation isn’t the only thing building, however, as Sunoco has stepped up to add prize money and bring the total purse to $63,000.
The Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup regular season came to a close last week with champion Gresham Wagner receiving a check for $250,000 and Rookie of the Year Westin Workman earning $80,000. Now, Mazda MX-5 Cup drivers can look forward to the possibility of winning even more money at the Martinsville non-points race. (more…)
BRASELTON, Georgia – Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Customer Racing teams and Mercedes-AMG completed a perfect six-for-six IMSA GT Daytona (GTD) class 2024 championship sweep Saturday in the season-ending Motul Petit Le Mans at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. Winward Racing’s steady run to eighth place as the highest finishing Mercedes-AMG GT3 of the three competing in Saturday’s 10-hour race put the final touch on a dominating season for the No. 57 Winward Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3 and Mercedes-AMG that led the team, driver and manufacturer standings all year after a season-long performance that was the best overall in the four-class IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship series.
