After returning to Iowa Speedway for the first time in five years, the NASCAR Xfinity Series shifts gears to New Hampshire Motor Speedway’s “Magic Mile” for the SciAps 200 on Saturday, June 22 at 3:30 p.m. ET on USA Network, the NBC Sports App, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
Aptly nicknamed the Monster Mile, Dover Motor Speedway is a one-mile concrete paved oval located in Dover, Delaware, and will be the site of this weekend’s NASCAR Cup Series race.
Dover Motor Speedway, originally known as Dover Downs International Speedway, has hosted 105 NASCAR Cup Series races dating back to the inaugural event on July 6, 1969.
After a wild weekend at Talladega, the NASCAR Xfinity Series will now be heading to Dover Motor Speedway’s Monster Mile for the BetRivers 200 on Saturday, April 27 at 1:30 p.m. ET (FS1, PRN, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).
LOUDON, N.H. – The New England fan-favorite NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (NWMT) will join the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) on Doubleheader Saturday, June 22, 2024 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) with a 100-lap race. Located on the grounds of the Wisconsin State Fair Park, the Milwaukee Mile houses a 1.015-mile paved oval. In addition, there is a 0.8-mile asphalt-paved road circuit located in the infield. The infield was home to the NFL’s Green Bay Packers from 1934 to 1953. Known as the oldest operating speedway in the world, the Milwaukee Mile Speedway has hosted at least one auto race every year since 1903, except during World War II.

When it comes to events on the NASCAR Cup Series 2023 season schedule that could shake up the Playoff standings as the postseason approaches, look no further than this weekend’s Crayon 301 on July 16 at 2:30 p.m. ET (USA Network, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio) at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
Most drivers dream of the opportunity to post a win at their hometown track and last weekend, Ryan Truex was able to make that dream a reality. It wasn’t just an ordinary win for the Mayetta, N.J. native – it was his first-ever in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.
Truex came into the race strong, finding his way to the front on Lap 34. He swept both stages and ultimately led a career-high 124 of the 200 laps.
Last week I noted that Martin Truex, Jr. had three wins at Dover but hasn’t been all that great there as of late. He certainly turned that around leading 68 laps and holding off Ross Chastain after a late race restart. After being rained out on Sunday, the Cup teams returned on Monday to a green track that rubbered up nicely as the race progressed. This race was not a case of tires not dropping off as The Monster Mile started eating tires.
After a wild Talladega Superspeedway race last Sunday that saw Richard Childress Racing’s Kyle Busch grab his second victory of the 2023 season, the NASCAR Cup Series heads to Dover Motor Speedway for this Sunday’s Würth 400 at 2 p.m. ET on FS1, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio at the always unique ‘Monster Mile’.
