Welcome Back: AM Racing returns to the ARCA Menards Series full-time in 2024 with sophomore Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) driver Christian Rose behind the wheel of the team’s No. 32 Ford Mustang, continuing with Sunday afternoon’s Sprecher 150 at The Milwaukee (Wisc.) Mile.

The 2024 ARCA Menards Series season will mark the first time that AM Racing has competed back-to-back full-time in the NASCAR-owned development series since three-time ARCA Menards Series winner Gus Dean drove for the organization during the 2017 – 2018 seasons, respectively. (more…)

NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Playoffs Are Set For Milwaukee Mile

After ThorSport Racing’s Ty Majeski emerged victorious at Richmond Raceway two weeks ago, the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Playoffs are set to get underway this weekend at the historic Milwaukee Mile Speedway for the LiUNA! 175 on Sunday, August 25 at 4 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM Radio.

The 2024 season will mark the ninth running of the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Playoffs (2016-2024). Since the inception of the Playoff format in 2016, seven different drivers have hoisted the championship trophy – Johnny Sauter (2016), Christopher Bell (2017), Brett Moffitt (2018), Matt Crafton (2019), Sheldon Creed (2020), Ben Rhodes (2021, 2023), and Zane Smith (2022).

Layne Riggs Makes Milwaukee Mile Debut with Zorn Compressor & Equipment

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (August 21, 2024) – Layne Riggs will make his debut at the Milwaukee Mile this weekend in a rare, Sunday race for the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series.

This will be Riggs’ first attempt at the mile long track, but has delivered impressive results at other short-tracks on the Truck Series circuit, scoring Top-5 finishes at the North Wilkesboro Speedway, the World Wide Technology Raceway, the Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, and the Richmond Raceway. William Sawalich – No. 18 Starkey/SoundGear Toyota Camry – Preview Sprecher 150 at The Milwaukee Mile

SAWALICH AT MILWAUKEE: William Sawalich has two starts at The Milwaukee Mile in two different series. In last year’s ARCA Menards Series East (AMSE) race, Sawalich dominated the day. He earned the pole award and led 141 of 150 laps on his way to the victory. Afterwards, he hopped in TRICON Garage’s #1 Toyota Tundra for the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Race (NCTS) where he finished 26th. Corey Heim Eager To Return To Championship 4 Race At Phoenix

Last year, Corey Heim’s Playoff effort was remarkably consistent—until he and his No. 11 Toyota team got to the season finale at Phoenix Raceway.

Heim started on the pole as the championship favorite but tangled twice with fellow Playoff driver Carson Hocevar and finished 18th. NASCAR penalized Heim for retaliating against Hocevar in the second incident, dropping Heim to fourth in the final standings.
