North America’s Top Engineering Students Return to NHMS for Formula Hybrid + Electric Competition

LOUDON, N.H. – Hundreds of North America’s top engineering students will compete in the 17th annual Formula Hybrid + Electric event May 1-4 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS). Twenty-one teams from across the United States and Canada designed and built earth-friendly hybrid and electric vehicles over the last 10 months for the one-of-a-kind competition hosted by the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth. Results From New England-Connected NASCAR Drivers At Talladega

In Saturday’s Xfinity Series Jeb Burton won that one for Cape Cod’s Chris and Mary Our in one of their entries.  Parker Kligerman of Westport, CT finished third with Boston’s Kaz Grala taking the 24th place.  Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT ended his day in 37th.  Alfredo also drives the second Xfinity entry for the Our Family.

On Saturday Austin Hill scored a win in the Xfinity Series with Jeb Burton coming home in 11th place while Parker Kligerman of Westport, CT finished 23rd followed by Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT in 24th.  Finishing 32nd was Boston’s Kaz Grala.  Burton and Alfredo both race team cars for Cape Cod’s Chris and Mary Our who  reside in Harwich, MA.
