Waterford, CT — The 2022 American-Canadian Tour was finalized Saturday at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl for the return of the Shoreline 150. Thirty-six teams attempted to qualify for twenty-six spots in the season-ending event with the Southern New England Triple Crown championship in the minds of several teams looking to ride out the year with a little extra change in their pockets. North East, Pa. – (September 26, 2022) – Presque Isle Downs & Casino Race of Champions Weekend kicked off this past Saturday in North East, Pa., at Lake Erie Speedway.
Not only did ThorSport Racing’s Ty Majeski score his first NASCAR national series victory last weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway, but he also claimed the first berth in the Championship 4 Round set to take place at Phoenix Raceway with the championship season finale on November 4.
Majeski will now get to breathe easy as the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series takes the week off before partaking in some superspeedway action at the 2.66-mile Talladega Superspeedway. (more…)
After the elimination race in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Round of 10 at Kansas Speedway last weekend, two drivers were eliminated from the Playoffs – Niece Motorsport’s Carson Hocevar and ThorSport Racing’s Matt Crafton. HOLTSVILLE, N.Y. – For the 34th time in his NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour career, Justin Bonsignore was celebrating in Victory Lane on Saturday night. Bonsignore rocketed to his third win of the season in the Toyota Budweiser Mod Classic 150 – holding off a late charge from Chuck Hossfeld to get back to Victory Lane.
