FOX Sports Platforms to Showcase NTT INDYCAR SERIES Action August 22-23

WASHINGTON, D.C. (July 16, 2026) – Details on the schedule for the upcoming Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington D.C. have been released, highlighted by flag-to-flag coverage of the unprecedented Aug. 22-23 NTT INDYCAR SERIES race weekend in the nation’s capital on the FOX Sports platforms.

The first-ever automotive race around the National Mall and the historic streets of Washington D.C. commemorating America’s 250th birthday will feature comprehensive FOX Sports multi-platform coverage, culminating with the live broadcast of the 125-lap NTT INDYCAR SERIES race on FOX on Sunday, Aug. 23. The Freedom 250 Grand Prix will also showcase the return of the iconic International Race of Champions (IROC) series, bringing together some of the most accomplished drivers in motorsports history to complete the weekend on-track lineup.

Macri Checks Off A Bucket List Win At Grandview & Pockets $10,000 In Hodnett Cup Speed Week Victory, Pauch Prevails In Thrilling Mod Thunder Doubleheader Tuesday Night

BECHTELSVILLE, PA (June 30, 2026) — A packed house filled Grandview Speedway on Tuesday night as the Levan Machine & Truck Equipment Thunder on the Hill Racing Series hosted the fifth stop of Pennsylvania Sprint Car Speed Week Series of 2026. “The Concrete Kid” Anthony Macri earned one of the biggest victories of his career by capturing the prestigious Hodnett Cup and the $10,000 top prize, while Billy Pauch Jr. outdueled Eddie Strada and a field of forty-two modifieds to win the 30-lap NASCAR 358 Modified feature paying $3,000 to win. The fans were treated to outstanding, nonstop racing as both feature events went the distance without a single caution flag.

“I’ve wanted to win here so bad. This is a bucket list win that I finally get to check off,” said Macri after earning his first career Thunder on the Hill victory.

NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Set to Open Paddock to Fans During LIUNA 150 Weekend at Lime Rock Park

The roster of talent is impressive with expected entries Ryan Timms, Tyler Courtney, Kyle Larson, Tanner Thorson, Aaron Reutzel, Brent Marks, Kasey Kahne and defending High Limit Champion Rico Abreu. Mina had their entire operation available for purchase. The whispers and rumors began to swell, what’s the story? Are they changing chassis types? Are they splitting? Monday afternoon John Beatty Jr. made it official when he announced he would retire from driving after he and the MSM Elite Motorsports teams historic three straight championships. Beatty’s retirement leaves the chase for the 2026 Riverhead NASCAR Modified title wide open.

BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Grandview Speedway continues preparations for a brand-new race season, and will be hosting an open practice to help kick start the 2026 season.

This week on Saturday, March 28 will be the traditional free-to-the-public practice session open to all racing divisions. Drivers will have the opportunity to test their reworked or brand-new equipment for the new season before competition officially begins next week. Race fans will have the opportunity to come out and see their favorite drivers for the first time and check out their new cars for the upcoming campaign.
