Grandview SpeedwayBECHTELSVILLE, PA. – The competition has been close, fierce and highly exciting three weeks into the 2026 racing season at Grandview Speedway, with a mix of younger drivers and veterans setting the pace, and another two-division program is on the schedule for this Saturday night.

This Saturday, April 25 will be a two-division program of racing under the NASCAR Local Racing Series Powered by O’Reilly Auto Parts banner for the T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment Modifieds and the T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment Sportsman. Each division will run qualifying races leading to the 30-lap Modified and 25-lap Sportsman main events.

Two Days Of Racing This Weekend At Grandview Speedway – Modified Twin 25’s On May 9 – High Limit 410 Sprints On May 19

Grandview SpeedwayBECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Following two successful weeks of racing action to begin the new season, Grandview Speedway is ready to present the first two-day race weekend of the 2026 season.

This weekend Grandview Speedway will host two racing events beginning on Friday, April 17, as the Outlaw Racing Series Enduro and Vintage cars will be in action joined by the Keystone Sport Compact Series Four Cylinders and the Xcel 600 Modifieds starting at 7 pm.

Pit gates will be opening at 2 pm, and grandstand gates open at 5 pm. Grandstand admission is $10, children ages 12 and under are admitted free, while pit admission is $35 for the Friday event.

Ryan Blaney won the Cup race at Phoenix while Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT came in13th while Joey Logano of Middletown, CT finished  31st while Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT placed 33rd.  Justin Allgaier won the O’Rielly Series race there with Anthony Alfredo came home in tenth.  In the Indy Car race at Arlington, TX had Kyle Kirkwood got to Victory Lane  with Santino Ferrucci of Woodbury, CT finishing in 17th .

From Darlington this past weekend….

Tyler Reddick won the Cup race with Ryan Preece coming in 13th and Joey Logano of Middletown, CT ending up 34th.  Justin Allgaier took the O’Reilly Series with Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT coming in 12th.  The Craftsman Trucks saw Corey Heim take that one while Gio Ruggiero of Seekonk, MA was eighth while Corey LaJoie ended up 21st.  Corey’s dad is Randy LaJoie from Norwalk, CT who also is a two-time O’ Reilly Champion.

Phoenix – How Did Northeast Drivers From NASCAR and Indycar Do?

Lou Modestino Track TalkRyan Blaney won the Cup race at Phoenix.  Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT finished 13th while Joey Logano of Middletown, CT took 31st.  Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield CT ended his day in 33rd place.

In the NASCAR O’Reilly Series it was Justin Allgaier taking that one with Anthony Alfredo in tenth.

In the Indy Car race at the same track Joseph Newgarden went to Victory Lane while Santino of Woodbury, CT came in 11th.

The O’Reilly race was taken by Shane Van Gisbergen with Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT ending his day in 23rd.
In the NASCAR Craftsman race At St. Pete, Layne Riggs won that one with Gio Ruggiero of Seekonk, MA finishing 25th . Stewart Friesen of NJ was next.
Also, Alex Palou won the Indy Car event while Santino of Woodbury, CT ended his bad day in 24th.

Lou Modestino Track TalkTyler Redick won the Cup race.   Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT came in ninth, while Joey Logano of Middletown, CT finished 18th.

Sheldon  Creed won the O’Reilly/Xfinity Series Division race.  Gio Ruggiero of Seekonk, MA ended up 24th while Anthony Alfredo of Ridgefield, CT was 25th.

In the Craftsman Trucks It was Kyle Busch who went to Victory Lane with Gio Ruggiero coming in third while  Stewart Friedman of NJ came in 20th.
