Acceptance Insurance and Niece Motorsports Announce New Partnership with NASCAR Driver Andrés Pérez de Lara

Huntington Beach, CA — [January 27, 2026] — Niece Motorsports and Acceptance Insurance today announced that Andrés Pérez de Lara will return to the No. 44 Chevrolet Silverado for the full NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series schedule in 2026, with Acceptance Insurance joining as his anchor partner. Pérez de Lara—one of NASCAR’s most promising young drivers—will carry Acceptance Insurance branding as a primary sponsor for select races throughout the upcoming season.

Veteran crew chief Wally Rogers will continue to lead the No. 44 team as Pérez de Lara enters his second NCTS season.

Andrés Pérez de Lara Joins Niece Motorsports for Remainder of 2025 Season

Salisbury, NC (August 11, 2025) – ARCA Menards Series and NASCAR Mexico Challenge Series champion, Andrés Pérez de Lara, has inked a deal to complete the remainder of the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) season with Niece Motorsports beginning this weekend at Richmond Raceway.

The latest addition to the organization’s driver lineup comes on the heels of Pérez de Lara’s former team, Spire Motorsports, announcing his permission to seek other opportunities outside of the No. 77 entry where he completed the first 17 races of the year.

(August 11, 2025) – Spire Motorsports is permitting Andres Perez de Lara to explore other opportunities for the final eight races of 2025 and beyond, following the August 8 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at Watkins Glen International. The Mooresville, N.C., team has yet to solidify its 2026 CRAFTSMAN Truck Series plans.

Andrés Pérez de Lara Confirmed for ‘The Chilango 150’ NASCAR Xfinity Series Race, Backed by Telcel – Infinitum

Mexico will have a local representative in the most anticipated NASCAR Xfinity Series weekend of the year. Young driver Andrés Pérez de Lara has been confirmed to compete on Saturday, June 14, at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in the highly awaited race, “The Chilango 150.”

The 20-year-old Mexican driver will be one of the standout figures in the return after a 17-year absence of the Xfinity Series to Mexico City. A full-time competitor in the NASCAR Truck Series, Andrés will take advantage of a break in his schedule to race in front of his home crowd on the track where he grew up as an athlete.

Andres Perez delights in being the first foreign-born ARCA Menards Series champion

TOLEDO, Ohio — Before Saturday, in 71 previous seasons of competition for the ARCA Menards Series, every driver who hoisted the champion’s trophy originated from the United States.

On a perfect fall afternoon at Toledo Speedway, Mexico City’s Andres Perez capped a historic year that culminated with his becoming the first foreign-born champion in ARCA Menards Series history. Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (19th March) – Red Bull Racing’s Sergio Perez crossed the finish line after 50 thrilling laps around the Jeddah Cornice Circuit to win the FORMULA 1 STC SAUDI ARABIAN GRAND PRIX 2023. In front of a packed house, the Mexican put in a dominant display under the floodlights to secure his fifth victory in Formula 1.
