After the elimination race in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Round of 10 at Kansas Speedway last weekend, two drivers were eliminated from the Playoffs – Matt Crafton and Matt DiBenedetto. Now, the series heads to Bristol Motor Speedway to kick off the Round of 8 for the UNOH 200 presented by Ohio Logistics on Thursday, September 14 at 9 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM Radio.
Last week Denny Hamlin led a lot of laps and left without a win. This week the same thing occurred, but at the end saw him win as an owner with Tyler Reddick leading just two laps, but the most important two laps.

(August 29, 2023) – Michael McDowell and the No. 34 Ford Mustang team will make their second appearance in the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs beginning this weekend at the Darlington (S.C.) Raceway. Making their primary partnership debut in the playoffs will be Stage Front VIP, the partner of McDowell throughout the 2023 season. Who wins? The fans.
Located on the grounds of the Wisconsin State Fair Park, the Milwaukee Mile houses a 1.015-mile paved oval. In addition, there is a 0.8-mile asphalt-paved road circuit located in the infield. The infield was home to the NFL’s Green Bay Packers from 1934 to 1953. Known as the oldest operating speedway in the world, the Milwaukee Mile Speedway has hosted at least one auto race every year since 1903, except during World War II.
Michael McDowell led a race high 54 laps on his way to his second Cup win, but a win that puts a lot of pressure on several bubble drivers. While securing his place in the playoffs, he leaves Daniel Suarez, Ty Gibbs, Chase Elliott and Alex Bowman wondering what’s next with just two races to go in the regular season.
After a week off, the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Playoffs are set to get underway this weekend at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park for the TSport 200 (Friday, August 11 at 9 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM Radio).
