Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT is back in the NASCAR Cup Series full-time.
Stewart-Haas Racing announced Wednesday that Preece would take over the No. 41 car in 2023. He’ll replace Cole Custer as Custer drops down to the Xfinity Series to run a second car for the team.

NASCAR National Series standout and former track champion Ryan Preece of Berlin, CT returned to Connecticut in his own No. 40 Modified and pulled away from the field in the final laps to score the $5,000 prize in the Tripoint Showdown 75.
