From Sim to Reality, 19-Year-Old is Climbing the Racing Ladder
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (Feb. 25, 2025) – Donovan Strauss has accomplished a lot in a short period of time, yet the 19-year-old Philadelphia native is just getting started. In only four years, Strauss has advanced from sim racing and winning in the virtual world to driving pavement-pounding Late Model stock cars and chasing checkered flags in the real world.

(Feb. 3, 2025) – Daytona International Speedway announced today that Chili’s® Grill & Bar has been named the ARCA Menards Series race entitlement partner during Speedweeks Presented by AdventHealth. On Saturday, Feb. 15, the Chili’s Ride the ‘Dente 200 at Daytona International Speedway will kick off a double-header of racing action and will serve as the opening race for the 2025 ARCA Menards Series at Noon ET.

Hyundai to Enter Seven Elantra N TCR cars with Bryan Herta Autosport (BHA), Victor Gonzalez Racing, and Pegram Racing
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Hyundai Motor America is set to field seven Hyundai Elantra N TCR entries in the 2025 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge (IMPC) season in pursuit of a sixth-consecutive Manufacturers’ Championship title. PICKERINGTON, Ohio — On Dec. 18, Senators James Risch (R-ID), Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), and Ted Budd (R-NC) introduced SB.5583 the Recreational Trails Program (RTP) Full Funding Act of 2024. This legislation aims to correct inadequate annual funding for this program, increasing it from $84 million to $281 million. (more…)
Joseph Srigley of TobyChristie reports that (e)ven though Stewart-Haas Racing shuttered its operations at the end of the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series campaign, and paved the way for the formation of Haas Factory Team, there isn’t much change within the organization’s program in 2025.
