ASA STARS National Tour Brings Sunday Matinee Showdown to Dominion Raceway on April 26
Woodford, VA – Race fans can look forward to a perfect afternoon of short-track action as the Appalachian Sucker Punch ASA STARS National Tour heads to Dominion Raceway for a Sunday matinee event on April 26, following a schedule adjustment from the originally planned Saturday, April 25 date.
The change was made by Track Enterprises, promoter of the event, as well as MDM Promotions Owner Marty Melo to avoid overlapping with the CARS Tour race scheduled for the same weekend. The move allows fans, teams, and competitors to enjoy two marquee racing events without conflict while setting the stage for a family-friendly Sunday afternoon show.

Riverhead Raceway race teams, staff and their family members filled the banquet room at Giorgio’s of Baiting Hollow to honor the 2025 Riverhead Raceway NASCAR Weekly Series and INEX champions Friday evening. The affair hosted by track owners Connie Partridge, Tom Gatz and GM John Ellwood honored the twelve drivers who earned 2025 championships at the popular quarter mile facility, along with the top five from each division and the 2025 Rookie of the Year winners were feted.
Race Of Champions Management Continues To Announce “Save-The-Date” Opportunities As Fans Build Their 2026 Race Calendar
Williamson, NY (January 26, 2026) — Race of Champions management is pleased to announce it will once again lease Spencer Speedway for six (6) events during the 2026 season at the Route 104, half-mile speedplant.
Opening night is scheduled for Friday, May 22, followed by additional events on Friday, June 5; Friday, July 10; Friday, July 31; Friday, August 14; and Friday, September 4, 2026. An open practice is tentatively planned for Friday, May 15.
Hailie Deegan Rejoins BMR to Compete for ARCA Menards Series West Title in 2026
(Statesville, N.C.) – Bill McAnally Racing (BMR) announced today that the 11-time ARCA Menards Series West (AMSW) championship-winning organization will welcome Hailie Deegan back to the team’s stable in 2026. Entering their eleventh season as owners and promoters of Riverhead Raceway, Connie Partridge and Tom Gatz recently announced via the track’s social media platform the 2026 schedule of events for the 76th season of racing at the popular Route 58 quarter mile oval. The ambitious and fun filled schedule of events kicks off with the traditional opening weekend Saturday evening May 2nd featuring NASCAR Pack the Track Night with the May Meltdown Enduro program Sunday afternoon May 3rd. During the reveal, Partridge & Gatz announced plans for Friday and Saturday night programming during July & August, marking the first time Friday night racing has been presented since 1984.
