The race started on Sunday and was postponed until Monday due to rain.
After a steady rain and the forecast for more poor weather in the area later Sunday evening, NASCAR has officially called for the Firekeepers Casino 400 at Michigan International Speedway to resume Monday morning at 11 a.m. ET (USA Network, MRN, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway hosted the Casella Waste Open 80 on Friday, June 7th. Connor Jencik was a first-time Stafford feature winner in the Limited Late Model feature and Jason Lafayette notched his first Street Stock feature victory of the 2024 season before rain postponed the remainder of the program. The Casella Waste Open 80 will be resumed from lap-6 next Friday night, June 14th and all rain checks from tonight’s Casella Waste 80 program will be honored. (more…)
The final day of the Trans Am Memorial Day Classic was a testament to the unpredictable nature of racing and the resilience of its fans and participants. Heavy rain greeted the day and later bid it farewell, but in between, the sun broke through just in time for the 100-mile Trans Am TA/XGT/SGT/GT race, providing perfect conditions for a dramatic and thrilling event. Barre, VT — It wouldn’t be a Thursday in Central Vermont, in the summer of 2024, without the threat of rain and today is certainly no different. With rain forecasted to come into the greater Barre area right at Thursday’s Thunder Road post time of 7:00pm and staying through to Midnight tonight, officials opted to play it safe and move the Nolato Night program to tomorrow, Friday, August 11th.
