Barre, VT — On yet another Thursday night in Central Vermont, rain played her part at Thunder Road International Speedbowl. Delayed by thirty minutes, the Nolato Night activities took off at 7:30pm with four divisions of action and over 90 cars in attendance wrapping the night up at seven-seconds past 10:00pm. Barre, VT — On a hot and sticky night high atop Quarry Hill, the Thunder Road faithful returned for another stellar night of side-by-side stock car racing on Cody Chevrolet-Cadillac Night. In the end, Sam Caron grabbed his first Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tiger win of the season but it wasn’t enough to stop Derrick Calkins from taking the Myers Container Service Triple Crown Championship. Barre, VT — The first Thunder Road champion of the season will be crowned this Thursday night as part of a jam-packed Cody Chevrolet-Cadillac night on August 4th. It’s the final round of the Myers Container Service Flying Tiger Triple Crown and the 2022 edition is going out in style with the Cody Chevrolet-Cadillac 100, the longest race of the season for the Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tigers!
