(October 15, 2024) – Sam Hunt Racing (SHR) announces today that Andrew “Bubba” Pollard will make his second career NASCAR Xfinity Series start on Saturday, November 2, competing in the National Debt Relief 250 at Martinsville Speedway. It appears there is a new road course ringer in the NASCAR Xfinity Series – JR Motorsports’ Sam Mayer. The 20-year-old driver, Mayer, had a dominate performance on the Charlotte Motor Speedway Road Course, leading 50 of the 67 laps and snagging the win by .909 seconds over runner-up Cole Custer.

The last time Boston’s Kaz Grala drove a Toyota was in the now-ARCA Menards Series East in 2016. Since then, he has primarily been in Chevrolets save for a single NASCAR Xfinity Series season with Ford in 2018.
